If you’ve been collecting labs, supplements, protocols, and advice but STILL feel like you don’t know what your body actually needs… this episode is for you. We’re talking fertility, but honestly?…
But I think that this can be one of the most powerful things that will happen in any type of journey.
Healing, growing a business, growing a family, trying to accomplish something new.
If you have ever felt or said the words like, I just kind of feel like I'm stuck.
I feel like my brain is ready to move or my body is not responding or I feel like I'm right there, but I can't quite figure it out.
Like, what is this missing link? What is this missing piece? I want you to actually stop right there.
And the next time you have that thought, I actually want you to think about this concept that I'm going to teach you right now.
then your body feels the safest in the stuck, frozen, I'm constantly pursuing the answer.
If you want to get your body out of that, you have to change your identity first.
That means you have to essentially practice being that healed version of yourself before you actually are.
This is what makes your nervous system feel safe enough to actually become that version of yourself.
So what does this practically look like? Well, let's look at this from the identity of fertility.
So if you are someone who is struggling with fertility, who is struggling to see your family grow, there's a couple of things we wanna do identity-wise.
The first is think about, okay, what is the opposite of what's happening right now? You're being told or you're possibly thinking that your body isn't doing what it's supposed to do.
that you aren't seeing fruit of your efforts, of your body, even of your prayers.
And so the first thing that you can start to do with this information is start asking yourself, am I doing fruitful things? Because if the things you are doing is someone who is trying to produce fruit rather than someone who already has fruit, then you're likely not taking action that produces fruitful things.
You're taking action that kind of is adding pressure in hopes of seeing something show up.
So what does that look like? I think immediately of like, hey, are you growing? Are you pursuing growth in other areas? Or does this one area have you paused? Is this one area influencing your decisions everywhere else? Okay, so the first part of changing your anatomy outside of thinking those things, like thinking about those things, you can actually go and start journaling this and start trying to find your patterns.
So for example, if you are someone who notices like, hey, I tend to decide that I can't have something and then I self-restrict.
A great way, honestly, to kind of be your GPS, to help you see what identity of who do you want to be that you're not right now is actually thinking about who do you get jealous of? Who do you see doing something? You're like, wait, I could do that.
wait, like, and sometimes it's, who are you judging? Like you can be really judgmental.
But I think that this can be one of the most powerful things that will happen in any type of journey.
