And the frustrating answer I usually give is, I don't know, is right now a good time for you? Because typically it depends on what your finances look like, what you're looking to do and what's possible in your current market.

So instead of answering that question for you, I will give you kind of a framework to work around to ask yourself some questions and to really think about is now a good time to buy? for you.
