Theresa GirardiHostFirst, um, I really feel like the neighborhood was built in a way that feels kind of, for lack of a better term, olde timey.
There are some, um, parks that are part of the homeowners association that's in our community.
So our neighborhood's unique in the sense that part of it is part of an HOA, and part of it is not.
So our borders are quite big, but we, all of our neighborhood activities are for anybody who's in the neighborhood, not just HOA members.
But we, because of the HOA, we have some public or some private parks, rather.
They're just private parks, and they're just these little pockets of green spaces.
We live nearby one, and it's been so wonderful to just say to my kids, "Go out and play.
Through the neighborhood association events that we've been part of, it just feels like a community that is really, like, watching out for each other.
Uh, and I use that olde timey in the sense of, you know, kids can go out and play, and other parents know the kids, and neighbors know each other.
And I just really feel like that's been such a huge benefit to me and my family as we raise our kids and as we've got to know more and more of our neighbors.
