We'll start off by recapping Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final between the Carolina Hurricanes and the VGK.

And it will be the Carolina Hurricanes coming out on top with a 3-0 shutout win in Vegas.

Chugga-chugga, chugga-chugga, choo-choo! He made 22 saves this one for the shutout win over the Golden Knights.

In the Stanley Cup final clinching game, of course, the great Patrick Raw did it with the Colorado Avalanche back in 1996 against the Florida Panthers, which was a sweet.

Remember that year when Uri Krupp scored the overtime game winning goal in Game 4 to lead the Colorado Avalanche to the Stanley Cup? It was actually the Avalanche's first year in Colorado because you guys don't know, they were called the Quebec Nordiques.

They came to Colorado in 1995, and then in their inaugural season, 1995-96 was their inaugural season, they won the Stanley Cup that year.

And, of course, the great Tim Thomas did it with the Boston Bruins in 2011 against the Vancouver Canucks a winner-take-all Game 7, which was a 4-0 shot win for the Bruins.

And as a Blackhawks fan, I was very happy that the Bruins won that year against the Vancouver Canucks because the Canucks had to get through my Chicago Blackhawks to reach the 2011 Stanley Cup Final.

Of course, the Blackhawks were the Stanley Cup champions going into the 2011 Stanley Cup playoffs, going into the 2010-11 season because they won the Stanley Cup.

In 2010, Patrick Kane, Game 6, Stanley Cup winning goal to end the Blackhawks' 49-year Stanley Cup drought in 2010.

And the Blackhawks were the Stanley Cup champions heading into the 2010-11 season and into the playoffs.

Canucks beat them in, I believe it was seven games in the first round of the 2011 Stanley Cup playoffs.

The Bruins beat them that year in 2011, so very happy to see that as a Blackhawks fan.

And then Matt Murray had a shutout win in the clinchy game back in 2017 against the Nashville Predators in Game 6, which was a 2-0 shutout win for the Penguins.
