Well, and what I love about this again is thinking about this just as business owners, I think we're all looking for that hack, I guess I'm looking for, you know, to just be better at what we do and to help our teams be better at what we do.

And I think it's so great to think that we are at a place and a time in our industry where we can lean into tools that we may not have thought would be a tool that we would be leaning into.

And you don't necessarily think I can increase production by being better at phones or being better at...

And I think, gosh, what a cool... thing for a doctor or office manager to be able to watch quality control, but not in the old school way of watching quality control, right? Like back in the day, you know, I've been doing my business for 20 years now.

And when I would go in and coach, I mean, I would literally sit at the front desk and with team members and watch them and listen to them interact all day and coach in the moment.

And that's 16 hours of sitting there, listening, watching, coaching, where when you think about a system that allows you, like you just said, to be able to go in and score all of your calls, you think about how many thousands of calls come in and out of an orthodontic practice.

And even just to get you to the ones that you need to pay attention to, the ones in the red, maybe that are Like, I think about how many times we unfortunately end up with bad reviews.

And usually a lot of times poor patient experience has to do with some type of a communication interaction in a practice.

And especially if that's happened on the phone, just to be able to go back and hear both sides of it, see both sides of it and dive in to know where training needs to happen.

It's completing tasks faster and giving us more to do because we can get more done quickly with it.

Now, what stays and what doesn't, time will tell with any new feature and new releases.

But I think that where Mango is really trying to help practices out is, okay, let's not try to solve every problem.

But how do we make your time more efficient in the practice? And it's like, here's some feedback for you.
