Chandler AshcraftGuestAbbyHostAmyHostI was telling you before we got started, I was really drawn to your confidence.
And I know that you brought your childhood education background and your motherhood into your feed.
So I want to know from the mom that is a stay-at-home mom who is never at home, what messages seem to really resonate with your followers?

Okay, so the first one that's glaringly obvious if you follow me or even click on my account is helping moms leave the house, like popping out once a day or whatever that looks like for you.

So helping moms understand why it's so beneficial for you as a whole person, how it enriches your children's life, it makes everybody's day go better, all the things.

That's really what the biggest part of my account is, helping moms leave the house, like the how-tos, where to go, how to fill your cup.

But I do think some of the overarching themes throughout are having like a 10,000 foot view on every choice that we make now.

And like kind of putting it in perspective from when you're 30 years from now.

And not like in a sad, like solemn Instagram video, like you're going to miss this way.

Little choices to big choices to how you structure school, to how you structure your support at home, to how you structure your day to day and really just understanding the glass balls and the plastic balls metaphor.

Have you guys heard that? The glass balls are just like the things that you got to keep juggling in there.

And the plastic balls are things that you just got to let fall every day and different seasons, different plastic balls, like your house, like everything.

Like if you have a newborn, obviously those look different from when you have an eight-year-old.

But I do think the overarching theme is just perspective and like popping the pressure bubble.
