Our senior Hollywood correspondent weighs in on how serious that threat is and what it would mean for the entertainment industry.

But first, the biggest storyline for Democrats this election season was put to the test once again in Tuesday's primaries.

Can progressive candidates mount a real challenge to the establishment? Well, the results turned out mixed in key races across the Midwest.

In Wisconsin, establishment-backed candidate David Crowley defeated Democratic socialist Francesca Hong in a primary race for governor with a razor-thin margin.

But in Minnesota Senate primary race, progressives were celebrating a win.

Meanwhile, for Republicans, there was yet another test of President Trump's grip on the party.

In South Carolina, the race to replace the late Senator Lindsey Graham is headed to a runoff in just a couple weeks after the president's preferred candidate, and Lindsey's sister, Darlene Graham, didn't win 50% of the vote.
