So I know some people have heard of that, but can you describe what food noise actually is?
And I don't know if it's, you know, one of those things that if it weren't for all the GLP-1 conversation, and I think that social media and GLP-1s and other things like that have made this term be a little bit more commonplace, but it's essentially the idea that You can't stop thinking about food.
And so the concept of food noise, although I wasn't familiar with that actual term, but I kind of understand what it, I have understood what it was since the time I was kind of a young girl.
But it's been interesting as I've gone through life that, you know, kind of don't come from that same background.
So I'd love to hear, you know, for food noise, is there really kind of a broad discrepancy and then how, you know, some people feel it very strongly, whereas others maybe don't very much or maybe not even at all.
