And I never thought in a million years when I was in the thick of the migraines that I would ever say what I'm about to say.

But in hindsight, I'm grateful for them because they really forced me to stop and learn how to connect with myself.

And Anna, you're not the first person, and Susan too, you're not the first people to have experienced these, you know, pretty severe physical ailments from stress.

What are some of the earlier signs that somebody might be able to recognize before they hit that, like, knock you down and really wake you up?

But it seems to be a thing amongst us human beings that we resist change until we reach some kind of a breaking point often.

But the earlier signs oftentimes, and certainly for me... are emotional dysregulation.

So anxiety, certainly in my case, you know, could be depression, could be a combination of anxiety and depression.

Sometimes it's subtler things like just a loss of enjoyment of life or just this sense that like I'm just always taking off things on my to-do list and there's sort of never any end to it and never any feeling of Like, I can just exhale and enjoy myself.

You know, we can experience disconnection or friction in our relationships, and it's where we notice it is usually in our interpersonal relationships, but oftentimes that's stemming from disconnection in our relationship with ourself.
