[upbeat music] Today, I wanna talk about expenses because a lot of us run, run on autopilot when it comes to spending money.

So take a step back and ask yourself, are you spending money in your business on autopilot? Do you have FOMO? Do you see something online and you're just like, "I need to go to this event," or, "I need to do this.

I need to work with this coach"? And that happens naturally, so if you're like, "Yes, Cindy, like, that's happening to me," it's totally okay.

I feel like anyone you follow is trying to sell you something, and you connect with that person, and then you're just like, "Okay," like, "I wanna work with them." But we're not really being intentional.

So I want you to ask yourself every time you invest in something or you spend money, "Does this expense make sense for where I'm at today?" So ask yourself, "Is this expense helping me make more money? Is it saving me time? Is it improving my client experience? Is it helping me scale without adding more work in my business? Is it required to run my business or do I not need it?" Because the problem isn't spending money, it's spending money without being intentional.

And I really want us to stop spending money on autopilot without really reflecting on, like, how it's helping our business.
