The idea is that you are going to better yourself, your business, your brand, whatever it is.

But unfortunately, a lot of bro marketing, a lot of sales psychology has taken it to extremes.

It's gotten to the point that if I ask you to invest 20K and you don't do it because you can't afford it and you're not willing to spread it across five credit cards, you're not willing to invest in yourself.

Now, it's tough because I will tell you honestly that as a podcaster that has been able to speak to hundreds of founders now, many of them extremely successful.

Some of them didn't do the crazy high figured investments and they just took a lot of time to learn.

you know a little bit unethical to ask someone to do that but it's tricky right because the reality is is that you cannot progress in your business or new skill unless you invest in yourself in some way whether that's your time or your money it's gonna be one of the two and if you don't do that this is why people are thinking like i'm in the same spot i was a year ago why because It's kind of like if you want to achieve something, if something really matters to you, you have the choice to put in your time or your money.
