One of the things that does not get talked about enough in the industry, and that is taking in too many voices about running your business.

And I know I've talked about this on other podcasts before about hiring multiple coaches and what that looks like for you, what it looks like for coaches, and the damage it can do on your business.

I, for one, have been in this situation where I have had a coach that I loved and I've had another coach that I love, but they were giving conflicting advice.

I was on this hamster wheel and just running in circles and actually getting nowhere.

That is a horrible way of saying that phrase, but it wasn't until I cut ties, how about that, with one of the coaches.

Not that I didn't respect them both, not that they weren't both amazing and intelligent and phenomenal human beings.

It's just that I do a lot better when I can just focus on the things that I need to be doing.

Go to conferences, listen to podcasts or in Facebook groups, and everyone is telling you what you should be doing.

And if you're in the business where you're hiring and working with coaches, every single coach thinks that they know the right next step for your business, how fast you should be growing, what tools you might need, what your team should look like.

Anyone that I have worked with and surrounded myself means well, and I'm so lucky to be in their circle and in their corner, but some of it's really not good advice.

And even if it is good advice, even if everybody is giving you amazing, incredible advice, it is not helpful to have so many people telling you different things.

I will tell you, so we are in the actual middle [laughs] of a kitchen remodel, okay? I'm going off tangent here, but we are completely...

And this is something that I've wanted to do for a while, and we've been saving up and planning, and ever since we moved into this house, I knew I was gonna do this kitchen remodel.

And so we are right in the middle of it right now, and I am just telling you from experience, I will just use my kitchen as an example.
