So the provider part, because there is that thing inside of us where we feel that we have to provide to protect.

And as much as certain areas of society are saying to us that that doesn't exist, well, no, no, no.

And the other thing too, which I think is really important, David, is the idea of purpose.

We talk about this, the reason he changed it exists is because of these pain points that exist in men that are many times either stigmatized or they're ignored.

And the idea of feeling useless what that can do to a man and what that can, you know, it can lead to all sorts of stuff.

I got to ask, like, I love that you were able to have this moment of realization in that rock bottom moment.

You know, at the end of the day, I know the answer to this question, but I'm going to foreshadow it.

You know, are you grateful for that moment? Because yes, that moment is the thing that was able to catapult you to this new mindset.

But really at the end of the day, I got to know, like, as your purpose was brought into question, along with the not being enough, providing all of those things.

The idea of that, was there any lingering stuff? Was there depression? Was there anything that this was a catalyst for that you were feeling during this time?

I went from numbness, not even realizing what happened, to... oh my gosh, you know, stress and fear, like I got to do something.

And I'm sure there was some depression there, but I really didn't have time for that.

And I'm not saying that depression isn't a real thing in life, and it is for sure.

And I'm not saying I haven't ever been depressed because we all have at least been down or whatever.
