We love having coaches, psychologists, and counselors and people like that on the show.

But at the same time, a huge part of what it is that we do is we have guys on to tell their story.

I remember graduating and being told that my generation, Gen X, was going to have to change careers four or five times when our parents or our grandparents, many of them worked for the same place for 30, 40, 50 years.

Certainly, being from Michigan, you would be in the crosshairs of similar verbiage.

What, what, what it's like, I mean, most music teachers can play almost everything.

When did your love of music, you know, and the skill towards that where you could actually teach it.

I remember growing up, always hearing the radio on in the house and just like, even now, I still listen to the songs of that area.

One of my favorite groups is Chicago, and I have everything, and they're on the hard drive in my car, and I just have that going all the time.
