When do you feel like God started showing you the first visions?

It, I was eight years old, well, seven years old, actually.

It, I happened to do, one of the big things in my life of, of being a hockey player, uh, was the 1980 Olympic team.

Oh, yeah.

So when the 1980 Olympic team won, uh, the gold medal, it was a really big thing being someone born and raised in Minnesota, and I had a connection to actually, to Herb Brooks and his son.

But at that time I did have dreams that the US would win.

Mm-hmm.

But I didn't really piece it together that all of a sudden-

Yeah

...

it happened.

And now what I know today, it's like, whoa, this is pretty wild as far as where it is.

So that's gone on throughout my life, and other things that have happened, different milestones in my life or things that have happened, uh, certainly it was, I've seen visions of that or it manifested itself as far as where, where what it turned into and so forth.

Right.

So now it's one of those things, as it comes in, it's do I lean into it? Do I obey it? Do I, do I surrender to it? Yeah.

And that's the part that I'm still, I, I've, I've had some false starts, I will say that, but- Yeah ...

I certainly am, uh, on the road to obeying and, and surrendering.

That's fantastic.

It's so cool that you have that lion picture behind you, Greg.

Um, you know, when we first came in to see the studio, wh- when Jeff was at, um, a church conference with Greg, he was starting to get visions of a lion.

You wanna talk about that?

Yeah, sure.

Yeah.

It was actually the first time I met Greg in person.
