One of the biggest challenges we face at the moment, I think, is that there is just a lot of noise, a lot of news, a lot of headlines that probably don't seem positive.

It's filled with lots of good people who know how to solve problems and how to think beyond what they have in front of them.

Yeah, there's currently like a really good juicy brief to solve for clever creative people.

i suppose it was good could take it it was it's kind of all intertwined isn't it i mean i think as long as we keep humans at the heart of um solving all these problems we've been through some waves like this before and i think just preserve preserving that and i think it still does trump a lot of um you know what the machines the robots can do i think that that finding the insights the things really move people still i think there's no one better than someone you know the people in our departments and the creatives doing that that sort of thing um just preserving a bit of the time and space to explore and find the answers to things.

And I think just finding better ways of doing things, unlocking more creative ways to solve problems is the optimistic side.

But just seeing how it all shakes out and how we get through it and I think supporting each other feels like the way to go about it.
