The HEARTH vol. 1 letter 3: Sacred Pause

**🔥 THE HEARTH:** *Volume I: Finding My Way Back to Women* Letter 3: ***Sacred Pause*** Welcome to The Hearth, an ongoing collection of letters, stories + reflections from one sister traveler to another, shared with my email community, and I'm reading and recording them for you, my lovely listeners. In our first volume, Finding My Way Back to Women, I’m sharing my own messy, beautiful journey with sisterhood—the wounds, the women who changed me, the communities that helped me feel less alone, and what I’ve learned about the medicine of finding spaces where we can be witnessed, supported + fully ourselves. We begin at the threshold of a new season, with Persephone as our mirror and guide. What season are you in right now—a descent, a return, or that strange in-between where you can feel something changing but can't quite name it yet? Grab a cuppa, take me on a walk, curl up somewhere cozy…and come gather around the Hearth with us. 🔥 **LINKS + RESOURCES** **Join the HEAR HER Sisterhood** *An intuitive playground for sensitive women, nestled inside a community app.* JOIN THE SISTERHOOD: https://artisanal-teacher-5816.kit.com/5deb31025a  **Join my email community + *receive a New Beginnings Guided Journey*** JOIN EMAIL COMMUNITY: https://artisanal-teacher-5816.kit.com/2212c835d6   **Listen to Persephone's Herstory: *She Who Walks Between Worlds*** PERSEPHONE HERSTORY: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/persephone-herstory-she-who-walks-between-worlds/id1612832301?i=1000789839301 **Work with me at OverSoul Healing Center** *in Charlottesville* *Reiki • Intuitive Energy Medicine • Private Sound Baths* BOOK A SESSION: https://oversoulhealingcenter.janeapp.com/#/staff\_member/35  **Come say hi on Instagram!** https://www.instagram.com/divinelysensitive/ **Divinely Sensitive Offerings** https://linktr.ee/divinelysensitive  Every rating, review + share truly helps HEAR HER find the hearts that need it most.
