And so the first thing that I really want to start out the month with is it is a whole lot easier to stay well than it is to get well.

If you've ever had a health challenge, you know exactly what I'm talking about.

Whether people think of it within chiropractic as headaches and back pain and that type of stuff, but obviously chiropractic is so much more than that.

You're going to learn a lot of this stuff as I deep dive in with a bunch of chiropractors this month on the podcast.

But even whatever level of health, if you've had a challenge with that big C word of, you know, not the one that we're all used to over the course of the last two years, but even a cancer diagnosis, right? Think of it that way.

And when you're facing that and trying to figure out how to get well, it's an uphill challenge at that point.

So how much easier is it just to, if you've got great health, let's keep it healthy.

When you are 30, let's continue to take care of our bodies because the reality, and you guys hear me saying this all the time, people wake up at 40 or 50 or 60 years old.

Well, guess what? What if getting old didn't have to suck? What if we maintained the things that we had? And so that way later on, we didn't have to deal with the decrepit arthritis or the horrific aches and pains that we have getting up and out of bed in the morning.

So many different things that can be contributed to inflammation, right? inflammation within our body can be coming from things such as the foods that we eat.

the different chemicals that we're ingesting, whether it's from different chemicals in our medications or whatever it is, there's a lot of different things that create inflammation in the body.

And just overall looking at a healthy lifestyle is going to help you stay well.

And if you are already not well, and you're on that challenge of trying to figure out how to get well, Again, it's those simple, sustainable steps.

So what if you just start drinking more water today? And tomorrow you make sure that you continue drinking a little bit more water.

By the end of the year, if all that you've done is increased your water intake this year, I can guarantee you're probably going to be healthier than sicker.
