Did I make that word up? So where that title came from is I work primarily with physicians, primarily in acute care and critical care.

we work through these challenges of a job that is so far outside of the norm as far as expectations, as far as the endurance it requires, as far as lives are on the line, as far as the decisional density in any day.

I started writing a book maybe five years ago and I wasn't really sure what I was writing it for or who I was writing it for.

And I thought, well, what was it that motivated me to get into coaching in the first place? It was that I struggled so much early in my career.

I struggled with mindset, with efficiency, with communication, sometimes with behavior, with a lot of things.

I never struggled with the medicine because I was so well-trained in that as every doctor is.

And so I thought, what is the book I would like to have had early on in my career, because I work with a lot of docs who are in my shoes in their own careers, that that is the book I want to write.

So to our listeners, one of the reasons that I bring Rob on the show on a regular basis even though if I look at the dates, you've been on my show about five times, and it's always several months, so I should not probably say regular.

This is absolute, in the trenches, been there, not in a flippant way, but been there, experienced that, and landed on my feet.

You're in Denver, you're in your first six months, and all this incredible energy and enthusiasm is hitting a very thick wall.
