An incredible work ethic, a CFO mentality of running numbers and seeing the importance of that, and then coming in on the human side of things, completely getting retrained and mixing all of that.

And as I talked to Larry in our pre-call, that's just what came through so strongly.

And I want to kick off with the plowing story and the radiator cap because that to me is just fascinating.

As I mentioned, growing up on a farm significantly shaped the lens through which I see life.

And one of those things for me comes, I have so many of those little stories and anecdotes, but my dad was amazing.

But when he was a young man, he had entered, as a farmer, he had entered plowing contests.

And the thing that I didn't know until I grew up around it was that the reason that farmers drive so slow in their trucks when they're driving down the road is they're looking at the fields and not just the crops, but they're looking at how straight were those rows that that farmer had planted.

So I was probably 14 or 15 and he took me out and we had a field that was about a half mile long.
