But before we jump into it, I'd love to ask about your own personal health discovery or your aha moment that brought you to the work that you're doing today.
Oh, that's actually a strange story because I decided to be a psychologist when I was 12 years old.
I also grew up in an impoverished background, so I witnessed people going through a lot of hardship.
And so at 12 years old, I wrote in my journal that I was going to be a psychologist because I felt that I was a strong person and I wanted to impart that strength to others.
