I'm going to give you five big points that I want you to take away from this episode today about how you can really reframe maybe a slower time of signups and client calls where you might find that that's a little bit slower, but what you can do to plant seeds for a really busy fall or even January.

Maybe they're a little bit more lax with their nutrition and they're not staying consistent with their supplements.
Keep in mind that a lot of these clients are probably going to come home and feel the effects of that, right? And be looking for accountability and be looking for you to kind of guide them again.
If you assume, right, that it is... fewer people are reaching out or there's fewer inquiries because you're failing you might be in the wrong mindset right that's that fear mindset I want you to shift your thinking if you're feeling that way right now to this is just a slower time for everybody and I can be really into you know diligent and intentional with my time now to really prepare myself for um a bustling um fall type of client market and even January or so.
I think you've probably all heard about the gardener metaphor, which is no one expects a harvest on the day you plant your seeds.
If you're expecting Expecting that if you make a few Instagram posts, right, that you're immediately in the middle of July going to get, you know, lots of people signing up for a program.
It might be that you kind of need to shift your focus a little bit about expectations and kind of what we know around summer human behavior and how you can really use this time strategically to set yourself up for a really great fall.
So my first point is going to be stop measuring today's harvest, right? Business growth is often delayed.
The content that you create today may convert months from now.
You want to trust consistency over immediate results.
Remember, you are planting seeds.
This is true no matter what time of the year it is.
It's a little bit, I think, more true in the summer for sure, because you won't see necessarily that like immediate engagement.
But it's really important that you understand that the relationships, the trust, the consistency that you're building either within your community, showing up at, you know, talks at a local, you know, health food store or your posts on social media or your newsletters.
