Trusting Your Intuition | The Quiet Voice Within

Send us Fan Mail **What if you're already intuitive—you've just never learned how to recognize it?** Intuition doesn't always arrive as a dramatic message or unmistakable sign. Often, it's much quieter: a feeling in your body, a gentle nudge, a thought that seems to come from nowhere, or simply knowing something without knowing why. In this episode of *Healing Waves Reiki*, Cathy explores how intuition speaks, why fear and outside noise can make it difficult to hear, and how learning your body's own "yes" and "no" can help you begin trusting yourself again. She also shares a deeply personal turning point in her own spiritual journey. While searching for ways to develop her spiritual gifts and feel more connected to loved ones who had passed, Cathy heard Angel Medium Julie Jancius explain that **our intuition is the channel through which our loved ones on the other side communicate with us.** That realization changed everything—and eventually led Cathy to complete Julie's Angel Reiki Master Teacher training. You'll also learn simple ways to quiet the noise, distinguish intuition from fear, recognize your own intuitive language, and begin strengthening the trust that allows you to listen.  This episode is the perfect introduction to Cathy's upcoming conversation with Julie Jancius, where they'll go deeper into intuition, Angel Reiki, spiritual gifts, guidance, and connection with loved ones in spirit. **Free companion workbook:** 30 Day Trust Your Intuition Challenge Workbook *-* a gentle 30-day journey to help you recognize and strengthen your intuition. The workbook begins with noticing how intuition already shows up in your life and builds toward creating a regular practice of listening and trust.  https://healingwaves-reiki.com/
