Send us Fan Mail Can the people we love continue to reach us after they're no longer physically here? And if they can… how would we recognize it?…
Cathy ScarpittoHost
A few weeks ago, we began a conversation about grief and what it means to learn to carry love differently when someone we love is no longer physically here.

And in my conversation with Serena Giuliano, she shared a description of grief that has stayed with me.

I've thought about those words a lot because the love doesn't disappear when someone dies.

Since then, we've talked about presence, about learning to come back to the moment we're actually living instead of constantly returning to the past or worrying about the future.

We've talked about intuition and learning to recognize that quiet inner knowing within us.

And in my conversation with Julie Jancis, she shared something else that was transformative for me.

that our loved ones on the other side may communicate with us through that same intuitive channel.

And when I put all of those conversations together, an interesting question emerges.

If the love is still here, and if our intuition may be the one way we remain connected, how might we recognize that connection? Is it the song that comes on at exactly the right moment? A dream that feels different from an ordinary dream? A familiar scent when no one else is around? A number, a symbol, a coincidence, or simply that unmistakable feeling that someone we love is near? Today, we're going to talk about signs, not from a place of needing to prove that every coincidence means something, but from a place of curiosity, discernment, and openness to the possibility that perhaps love and connection can take forms we don't always understand.

And if you've listened to my earlier episodes about grief, you know that I've come to think about healing after loss, not as letting go of someone we love, but as learning to carry that love differently.
