Um, are you in Glasgow at the moment?

I am in Glasgow, yes.

I'm in, uh, Glasgow's famous brewery actually right now.

Okay.

[laughs]

And how's, yeah, how's life in Glasgow in general and how...

So was it you and Jack that moved there from, uh, you're both from Yorkshire? Or I was just curious-

It was, yeah, yeah

... how you ended up in Glasgow.

So we, we used to live in Leeds and, uh, when our old band finished, we wanted to go start a new band basically somewhere else, and we decided we'd be- we had good connections with Glasgow.

Um, we'd always liked Glasgow's music scene, so we thought it was a good place to go move.

So yeah, we kind of both relocated.

We were living together at Leeds at the time anyway, and then both moved up to Glasgow and kind of started the new project from there.

Yeah, 'cause they're both pretty good music cities, right? Um, how do you find them both and how, how's Glasgow these days in terms of venues and just a music city in general?

Yeah, I think it's really good.

I don't know-

I think-

Yeah.

I think, I think Glasgow is a fantastic music city.

I think it's part, like I said, it's part of the reason we, we moved up here.

I think it's big on, it's got a, a bit more eclectic is probably Glasgow.

I think Leeds has got a lot of, like, punky, a bit of a more of punk under core, post-punk kind of art rock.

A lot of bands down there, whereas maybe there's less so in Glasgow.

There's, we've got a bit more kind of indie and a lot...

Um, so it's a bit more eclectic, but we thought, we felt like there was a bit of a, uh, a scene that we could tap into in Glasgow as well and kind of bring that kind of maybe post-punky kind of art rocky stuff a bit up to Glasgow as well.
