Jesus, we thank you that you freely gave it all for us.

We thank you that we can find forgiveness and freedom and restoration in you.

We thank you, Jesus, that you can make us brand new.

Thank you, Jesus, that your design for us is to make us whole, complete in you, individually and collectively as your church.

Jesus, I ask that as we gather around your word, that we would have ears to hear.

We'd have hearts to respond to your beckoning and your calling and your leading.

And that we'd have the courage to confront the things within that so easily entangle.

That we might be transformed by you.

that we might bear witness to you, that we might love like you, that we might live like you, and we might lead others to you.

So Lord, we commit this moment in time to you, and we ask that you would accomplish that which you design and purpose to accomplish this morning in us.

In Jesus' name I pray.
