I listen to Mike McDonald, and I pretty much take him at face value.

He loves Byron Murphy, and he loves Riley Mills.

When he said they're the two most talented interior linemen he's seen, I wanted to follow up with my question.

I mean, young? Because

Leo, but I think for true inside interior guys, because Riley Mills really is an inside guy, and so is Byron Murphy.

You can move Leo around inside or outside.

He's just so strong, and it's such a steal.

We've got some guys.

If we can get Torrey Horton back, that could be a steal, too.

He's got to stay healthy.

Riley Mills is one of those great stories because he came back from a serious injury in the playoffs in college and found a way to get back on the field with the Seahawks and win a Super Bowl, so Great story.

He's a great kid, hard worker.

And, you know, you can look at him and, you know, he's still, you know, you can see him right here.

He's still got, you know, the baby face part of him.

And the reason why I bring that up, it takes men about three or four years after college to start filling out.

And he's just getting started.

He's a young man that's going to be really good.

It took me 15, but I'm here now.

We didn't ask him about the back-to-back sacks.

He did sack Drake May in the Super Bowl and sacked him in week one.
