It feels like everybody and their brother has been talking a little bit about sports this past week because something that none of us ever expected would happen, happened.

I'm talking about the sale of the Lakers, and it looks like the Buss family may be finally getting out of the league.

Now, you may be asking yourself, "Hey, didn't this just happen a couple of years ago?" It did.

John, what's going on with the Lakers? And more be- m- maybe more importantly, how is this tied to potentially some financial markets?

It's, uh, it's all about Mark Walter, uh, right now, and he's, uh, one of the gentlemen that helped founded, uh, Guggenheim Partners.

But one thing Mark Walter did, uh, with Guggenheim was when they got into, uh, when they got insurance, uh, uh, two companies out of, specifically out of Delaware, yet they're using that, those money that's coming in.

Now, over a trillion dollars in loans from insurances right now are going on in the United States.

Well, not allegedly, this is what he's admitted to doing, was loaning money to himself.

And so he's loaning money to himself, and that's how he ended up buying the Dodgers back in 2012 for 2.15 billion.

Well, now that these loans, uh, I believe he said they were disclosed, uh, there's regulators now claiming that they weren't.
