There's a sort of a wind-down period, which is like the sort of mirror image of the teenage years.

You have erratic periods, you don't feel so good, mood not so great, and so, yeah.

And we want to push those boundaries, hormones that drive the positive adaptations.

You go and train and then your hormones, while you're asleep, they're going to drive the positive adaptations.
