The trick here is not to give your brain a chance to to think things through when that time frame comes along.
And one of the biggest mistakes that I see people making is that they they're winging it.
You know, they get to six o'clock in the evening and they start winging what they're going to do they haven't got an idea of what they're going to do so they just there's no plan no thoughts um they've no real thinking gone into what they're going to do prior to getting there another one is negotiating you get to six o'clock and they start trying to negotiate well you know maybe i do this or maybe i do that or negotiating with the cravings negotiating with the the room maybe if i if i think about it in a different way right you know you can't negotiate with a room right with a place with a with your fridge you can't not get to six o'clock in the evening.
It's just trying to figure out things that are too complicated, trying to add too many layers to something.
Once you've got the time, you've got the place, you've got people, you've got your thoughts, and your thoughts are the biggie.
But you have to remember that a lot of these things work in tandem, right? It's not just that you get to a certain time.
You're in a certain time, at a certain pace, with certain people, and that sparks the thoughts.
A trigger will only work because they fire a certain train of thoughts to happen, which leads to a certain... train of actions you know think about putting a program on your computer think about putting a record on your record deck if you're if you're old enough to remember those you put the record down and it just flows through that process this is exactly what's happening here one thing leads to another like a cascading effect And again, knowledge is power.
Understand what's happening and that's your first step to conquering all of this, you know, to get in a grip on where you're going and how you're going to get there.
