Let me go back to some of these things that I was talking about earlier on with the ammunition.
I think I'll give you a five kind of standard examples of what we're talking about.
I was looking at a website where this woman was talking about her own husband going through the final stages of cirrhosis of the liver and that really shocked me from the perspective because it took me outside of my own perspective and put me into the perspective of somebody who was having to deal with somebody else in their life somebody close to them somebody that they cared about going through cirrhosis and dying basically so you know my son watching me going through this my father watching me my father watching his own son going through this people I respect and I want to get respect off those watching me.
So ask yourself, who's watching and what are they watching you become? Think about a time that you've seen somebody do something drunk, something that sticks in your mind.
And she didn't mean it to be so hard, but it was like, it's something that I remember.
I've done loads of things, you know, and a lot of them, a lot, less palatable than accidentally slapping somebody in the face right the next one is the inventory now this these are all the specific things that you did while you're drunk or that you'd never otherwise do this is again we're not talking about shame here we're talking about evidence that you can use against yourself the whole point of this exercise is to see your behavior, not the alcohol, but your behavior, your habits, what you're doing, the drugs that you're taking, including alcohol, and specifically alcohol in this case, and how they are affecting your life.
And to see that as the opponent and to say, right, how can I decrease the power of my opponent, I increase the power of the place that I want to go.
The last thing you want here is for these things to be softened later on in your mind.
