I'm curious, so you, Sam, you have a business operating system like EOS or something like it.

When you talk about bringing these things together, how do those two things differ? How does your, this kind of system that you've built, which comes from your thinking of, earlier you said, the elements of being a rabbi that I wanted to bring into the business.

So EOS, which we've run on for six years now, is great at helping a small business like us manage the operations of our work and the strategic vision for the future.

The part that I feel is missing is what are the sets of, what's the framework and the rituals for culture building, energy building, values alignment as a team? And so, for example, we're a fully remote distributed company.

How often should we be gathering as a team that's sort of separate from the operations part of work that really allows us to just be together as a community and experience each other? What should that gathering look like? And then what are ways that we can make ourselves known to each other that we can be real humans with each other separate from our work tasks.

It used to be coffee and toast when we had it in the morning, and now we have it in the afternoons.

We start off with a couple of minutes of company announcements, and then we have a host who brings an activity for the group.

And then we get together at the end of the 25 minutes and that host raises their glass in a toast to something fun.

And it's got nothing to do with that structure of kind of the EOS kind of cadence.

This is something that's really about building camaraderie, building community, building the team, getting to know each other deeper.
