But I thought I'd start us where I start all of my conversations, of course, which is helping us unpack the, where we began to understand grief and our earliest grief beliefs.

And for many of that, that starts with an early loss, sometimes in our childhood or young adulthood.

And particularly, I'm always interested for people to share an early loss, and what did you notice about how the adults in your life were modeling grief? What were the explicit or implicit messages that you think you learned at that time, um, about what grief is? Yeah.
