What specific areas in that Pittsburgh market do you service like Russellton, Gibsonia, Allison Park, Wexford, Mars? Kind of run us through the list of all the of all the markets that you service.

I serve as Bethel Park, all the way as far as Wexford, Glenshaw area, North Hills, and expanding the Cranberry area.

I also serve the east side of Pittsburgh and as far out as like Crafton and, you know, those areas, Carnegie.

or so i gotcha and are there any certain neighborhoods that are better for weekly or bi-weekly homeowners

i mean there's always certain areas that you know they're i mean some of these places have hoas and they're required to have their lawn cut much more than they are you know city places but i can't tell you how many calls i get from people who are just saying you know hey i'm about to get fined i need you to get out here as soon as i can and you know, at that point, you need to make a decision if you can help them or not.

A lot of times, it's lucrative when they do call you like that, you know, when they're in a pinch and, you're in a pinch to get them, squeeze them in, you know, you can make a little more

So yeah, you can, you can tell the desperation, the city is going to charge you way more than I

But I mean, sometimes, you know, it's not about necessarily charge them more, but like you're going to squeeze them into a schedule that they weren't already on.

If I'm going out of my way to help them, they should expect to pay a little more.
