Here we are back at Horsham Golf Club, two years on from when we've recorded the Woomera Golf Trail.

You brought a bit of sunshine after a deluge of the weather over the weekend, 120 mil, which has just enhanced the golf course even further.

We're off the back end of a really dry summer with not much help from upstairs.

We're quite lucky here because we've got ample allotments of water that we can use on the golf course.

Oh, well, we've had a lot of interest, a lot of people making phone calls and booking in their game here and then a lot of interest in people trying to organise a golf trip, not only playing here but at Neil Golf Club.

So I look forward to heading up there because I remember fondly the time you took me a couple of years ago, you took me around Dimboola and I was just so blown away by that golf course.

as we talked about a couple of years ago is that as you'll find out this afternoon it'll be bone dry up there and the grass would just be starting to grow and the amazing thing is it's it's like a paddock in the middle of summer through the course of the summer and then all of a sudden three or four months later you'll be standing here in the middle of the fairway hitting your shot and off these beautiful lies and you think how could this exist

so the rain that fell just in the last week they'll be opening up the season in april

And as we discussed in the podcast, just a large plot of land, a beautiful view through the course and also the unique nature of playing on scrapes.
