Now, it's a condition that most of us recognize fairly quickly once you've seen a few cases, but the subtleties matter a great deal, particularly with the overlap with giant cell arteritis, the interpretation of inflammatory markers, and the long-term steroid strategy that follows the initial diagnosis.
