The Government of Saint Lucia has launched a 5-kilometre pipeline replacement project to improve water infrastructure serving the John Compton Dam system. The project, which runs from Millet Intake to the area of Vanard and supplies the Theobalds Treatment Plant, is expected to reduce water losses and improve the efficiency of the island's water supply network. It is the ninth project under the government's ongoing water infrastructure improvement programme.
