The Island Growers Program at Hotel Chocolat Saint Lucia continues to support the development of the island's cocoa industry through technical training, farm visits, subsidized seedlings and a guaranteed market for local producers. Established in 2008, the initiative currently supports 55 registered farmers and recently hosted its annual general meeting and awards ceremony at the Soufrière Estate.
