Quickie recap of Double Lives of Suburban Wives season 1 episode 4

So it was this big cliffhanger, sort of edited to seem like Brie might admit to actually doing this, but of course she's like...

What would even make you think that I could do that? Megan says that she thought that maybe because it happened to Bree that she wanted somebody to go through it with.

And Bree is like, I can give you my word that like I never maliciously or accidentally or anything like that.

And, you know, in the spirit of honesty, like I wanted to tell you that it crossed my mind.

And so they're in a joint confessional and Brie tells us like, I literally kicked my husband out of bed for Megan when all of this went down so that I could be there for her.

So for all that to be put by the wayside to accuse me of something so disgusting really sucks.

And back in their joint confessional, Brie is saying that this feels like a stab in the back.

And Brie is sitting right next to her like, well, that's frustrating that there's like no accountability or apology.

And back at the table, she's telling Megan, you know, dragging my name through the mud, saying I did something I didn't do and you don't even care.

Sidebar, I feel kind of amused by Bree's use of, like, that particular type of phrase.
