Um, a- and Jake was one of my first interviews when we started this show a few years back, and he was my favorite interview because he is so open, um, and just, just so cerebral and just an incredible interview.
Uh, a- and I caught up with Jake again, um, recently at River City Wrestling Con with our friends down in St. Augustine to talk to him a little.
Of course, Jake, as you know if you follow wrestling, is a guy who has really turned his life around.
He was widely, globally known for, for substance abuse and addiction issues for decades.
A- and we talked to him a few years back when he had first really started to get sober, thanks to his friend, Diamond Dallas Page, and he's reunited with Cheryl Roberts, his significant other, who divorced him, I think it was decades ago, because of his demons.
He is just a great interview, tells you what is on his mind, and it's a lot of fun.
