**You know that feeling when something just clicks? When your body tells you yes before your brain can explain why? Jaime Taets calls it the fizzies, and she believes it is the most honest data you…

Today, I want to talk about something that I've been talking about a bit more, and people are loving this concept.

So I want to explain for a moment, because sometimes that's strange to people, but the fizzies are this feeling in my body, and I just say it makes me feel fizzy.

It's a word that I started to use to describe this feeling that I get, and I just started paying more attention to it.

And when that fizzy feeling shows up, I've recognized that something is going on.

There's something that I'm feeling really good about, something maybe I'm like nervous and excited about.

And it's this feeling that I've learned to love and I've learned to almost crave because it tells me I'm on the right track.

And I oftentimes, when I have that feeling, think, how can I have more of this? And so over the past few years, in the back of my mind, I hadn't shared a lot about it, but I was just doing things that brought me more of that fizzy feeling.

I was choosing to do more that made me feel that way versus maybe feeling more performative or I have to do this or I should do this.

And over the years, I've been just better at creating situations where I feel it.

I'm actually recording this sitting out on my back deck and looking out over the 60 acres that we live on in the woods.

When I spend time with, like I said, with people, there are certain people and they typically know who they are, where every time we have a discussion, I'm like, I feel this feeling.

And so there's something they're saying, there's some wisdom that they're sharing with me that's connecting, I think, with who I am, who I'm becoming, and where I'm going.
