Millie PadulaHostI love your like honest approach to motherhood and you're all about the real conversations and you share so much online.
But has anything about motherhood surprised you?

Like I remember when I was like announced I'm pregnant and any person I'd say, oh, my God, you know, you're going to be so tired.

But now that I'm like six months down the track and I was saying this to you just before, like it is genuinely a whole new level of exhaustion.
It is, isn't it?

And, you know, I've been tired before in my life, especially during pregnancy.
Yeah.
And there's sleep deprivation and tiredness from literally not getting enough sleep throughout the evening.
But I find it's the mental load as well that's exhausting.
And I don't think people talk about enough as a contributor to why we literally feel deprived of energy every single day.
And we were speaking about this before off mic.
It's like, have they been fed? When are they needing to sleep? Who's looking after them today? Do they have enough clean clothes? You know, it's all that, as well as taking care of yourself and working.

So I've started this new thing, right? And yeah, so I've, I work and I work from home most of the time, but now with PiersNaps, so I've got like a small little, it's from Amazon.
Okay.
