Uh, for those who wanna go on the Premier League site, you can actually see, it's a 40-page CORE report which pretty much covers e- exactly, um, what the three-man unknown panel, um, apparently made up of two King's Counsels and one forensic accountant, uh, had come to the conclusion, and it is damning.
