I'm your host, Rosie Baber, and I'm delighted to be joined by Kamla Devi Sharma, founder of Revive Coach, a coaching and corporate training business.

To kick off this conversation, I do want to mention that I am a University of London alumna, and my undergraduate degree was done in business.

I am a corporate trainer, I'm a coach, and I'm also the author of a book by the name of The Shifting from Puzzle.

And what I do in plain language, I really just help capable persons, capable people to stop sacrificing themselves for success.

So my work really shows up in corporate training rooms, in one-on-one coaching, in schools that I go to across Guyana for career sessions.

And now I have a book that I have put together and I have this out available in the world today.
