Who I am is an American that's had a lifelong interest and participation in personal growth-

And I started to have what we now know as out-of-the-body experiences as a young child.

And I've spent my, most of my adult life, um, doing various kind of meditation practices and, um, inquiry into the nature of reality and what's really true.

I guess I was about seven or eight, something like that, and they would just happen spontaneously, and I didn't know what they were.

They were, I read a book about somebody else's experience of them, and, uh, then I started to really focus in on it because they were happening spontaneously, and I, I wanted to induce them, to be able to induce them.

So that started a whole other journey where I got involved with Robert Monroe and the Monroe Institute, and, uh, I became a trainer for him, and I was a trainer for Bob in Europe and brought that whole technology into the Eastern Bloc countries after the Soviet Republic collapsed.

I met Darius, and Darius made a pretty big contribution to my, to my journey of helping me, assisting me into being able to induce them.
