Whenever you're dealing with any kind of chronic sickness or disease, I want you to stop asking, "What can I take?" or "What can I do?" That is, stop emphasizing that.

Everybody wants to know, "What can I take for this problem?" or, or "What do I need to do?" I want you to quit that for a second, just for a second, put that to the back burner, and I want you to start asking, "What do I need to stop doing? What should I stop taking?" Like, instead of looking for something to add into your life, start looking for something to remove from your life.

Most health problems, especially if they're not improving, can be made significantly better if you eliminate certain things from your life.

So again, instead of adding, "Oh, I'm gonna take these herbs and supplements," no, look at, "What can I stop taking?" But here's a problem.

You know, for example, like we live in a society where you could go onto the internet, you could turn on the TV.

Now, to be clear, I'm not opposed to doing things, and I'm not opposed to taking things.

So I'm not opposed to things, but what I'm trying to get you to see, the whole point of this episode, I want you to know that there are millions, literally millions and millions of people in this country who are suffering with health issues, and I'm talking about individuals who have done everything.

They've taken a ton of things, and they're no better, and they're still seeking, "What can I do? What can I take?" Here's the secret.

If this is you or someone you know, there's a good chance you don't need to do another thing.
