So when we start to talk about... culture blending is we've grown up here in a place to where it's very traditional.
You know, what we believe also, guys, is you got to remember if it's real, it's real because of your own connection and experience.
It's not always going to be this interpretation from someone else, from someone else, from someone else passed down to you.
Even the Bible says, check these things, check this off, what they say, check it.
So we've grown up in this place to where It's like an echo horn, and we're hearing the same things, and that happened to me, so I grow up hearing all the stories, but I don't know that I ever believed it.
And when you talk about culture blending, you have scenarios where people live in our country or different parts of the world to where...
They are intentional about trying to do it, but the problem is because of the regurgitated traditions they may have gotten in California or whatever place, it's going to look different than our traditions.
And so ultimately where I get careful about judging the box that I'm in is we've been on earth long enough now repeating the same interpretations from other people we'll never even meet.
We've got to have an experience with the Lord that really defines what those interpretations mean.
Because if we live on interpretations, well, each person in each different culture blend got the same traditional thing from their grandpa and his grandpa and his, but what if it was a little bit different? What if it looked a little bit different? And the final example on that is I grew up with a kid that was in my youth group.
Going to our church, I'm in Owasso, the most traditional thought process you guys could think of for like Christian...
Bible, the whole deal, Noah and the Ark, Adam and Eve, all the stories, all the things, Jesus died on the cross.
And I think when people pass these interpretations down, I don't know that there was a lot of bad intentions there, like, man, I'm going to change this little thing, and then a thousand years from now, everyone's going to be screwed.
There was a king that didn't even believe in God that interpreted one version of the Bible.
