Well, happy birthday, America, 250 years, and what a great way to celebrate by maybe going to a great American garden.
... from the normal Gardening Simplified Show, and we are going to devote two episodes to sharing with you the various gardens around the country that have shaped America, and that are worth your time to visit.
Because, you know, I think that a lot of people, now, of course, not our audience because they're gardeners, um, they don't really think about visiting gardens.
But for a lot of people, I just don't think that visiting gardens, especially if it's like a destination, they're on vacation, I don't think it enters the, the realm of possibility for a lot of people.
Yeah, and when you, you know, when you talk about that, Stacey, you think about Europe, and you have the antiquity, um, and the ruins, and all of that type of thing.
America, United States, the colonies, it was a new world, and we had to find a new way of gardening, new plants, right?
So if there is a garden that we skip, it's not that it's not important, this is just a little sampler.
So of course, there's so many wonderful gardens that aren't gonna make it into these episodes, 'cause it is gonna be two parts.
