I was, I was gonna watch the, the game seven last night, Detroit, uh, Cavs, and I looked at the box score and I was like-
... "Mm, you know what? Maybe not." You think they just got tired, no? Like, two game sevens in a row, that's, that's a little bit exhausting.
[sighs] Yeah, on both sides, 'cause, you know, the Cavs, they had a game seven but they're a very experienced group.
... you know, I playe- we played against them last year, and they're virtually the same team without, you know, they didn't have James Harden last year, which obviously is big, but I think Detroit is, uh, they're very gritty, they're very tough, um, and they're built, like, for the moment, but the skill level that you need at this point in the playoffs has to match up.
And I think Cade only had, like, 13 points, but he's shooting the ball 30, 35 times a game.
You know, if Tobias Harris isn't on, then, you know, I don't really know where the scoring distribution comes from.
You know, they did, they got some contributions from, like, Dennis Jenkins, and, um, I liked seeing the Marcus Sasser kid get off at times.
You know, Saric Townsend played hard, but, like, they need another, like, focal point or another piece to-
I think that, uh, Dern and Stewart, those guys, they kinda tried to punk 'em at the beginning of the series, and they s- ended up playing through it, you know? They, they prevailed.
