I'm excited to announce that season 10 of the Fund the People podcast starts next week, September 9th, 2026.

You know, Fund the People is the only national organization dedicated to increasing investment in America's nonprofit workforce.

And our podcast is a unique show that delivers the ideas, research, resources, and leading voices from across the sector to help you invest in the people around you in your organization or the organizations you support.

In this crazy time we live in of political attacks on nonprofits, funding cuts to nonprofits, burnout, churn out, and crisis across our sector, investing in nonprofit people is a key strategy to save nonprofit jobs, programs, organizations, to save the sector itself.

And yet not enough funders, not enough fundraisers, not enough capacity builders are really working diligently on this issue of nonprofit jobs and nonprofit people.

And so now is the time to really dig into the question of how are you and your institution supporting nonprofit jobs and people? Season 10 is full of great guests who are going to help you to think about that question and not only think about the question, but come up with your own answers.
